The four sub projects apply different Bioinformatics-related approaches to support the user to generate fast results. The Java 3D implementation enables an easy installation and update process on many different operating systems.    Project five focuses on
Cell Visualization.

Each of the three cytological levels is represented by one of the following sub projects:

CELLmicrocosmos (Cm) is an integrative cell modeling and stereoscopic 3D visualization project operating on three different cytological levels: the mesoscopic level, the molecular, and the functional level.

Cm started at
Bielefeld University,
now being developed
at the Royal College of
Art in London, UK by
Dr. Bjorn Sommer
and is pushed
forward by

a growing number

of students and cooperations.
