APL@Voro reads .pdb files and GROMACS trajectories in the .xtc\/.trr formats, performs a Voronoi tesselation for a set of selected keyatoms and calculates the projected area per lipid and the membrane thickness on the Basis of Voronoi diagrams and triangulations.
