CELLmicrocosmos Cell Modeling projects

With the CELLmicrocosmos 3.2 project seminar a new series of projects started at Bielefeld University. Using the software packages developed in the previous semesters, it was now possible to develope plug-ins, e.g. based on the MembraneEditor plugin-interface, or to generate cell models used for different applications.

summary The PathwayIntegration was extended by a new node placing algorithm, mapping 2D layouts onto the cell component's surface. A new cell component builder was created which was later the base for the new CellEditor (Cm 3.2, not released by now). For the MembraneEditor, the PDB Exporter was improved.
